Time after time I'd find a good tradesperson, have them round to look at a job, and then spend weeks chasing them for the quote. When the work was done, I'd chase again for the invoice. They weren't careless. They were flat out on the tools all day and doing the paperwork at night, if there was any night left.

So I decided to build something to give them that time back. Something that turns a few words on site into a proper, priced quote, then into an invoice, and tells them who still needs to pay.

There were already apps out there. But the AI, the part that actually saves the hours, was mostly kept for the expensive top tiers. A sole trader on a basic plan got a form to fill in. I didn't think that was right.

Fixiqo puts the AI on every plan, at one price. A one-person business gets the same price search, the same voice quoting and the same chasing as anyone else.

It also had to work for the people using it, not just look good on a laptop. So real tradespeople tested it on their own jobs, on site and in the van. Where something was slow, confusing or got in the way, it was changed. Fixiqo is built around their feedback.
