When something new needs chasing, Fixiqo emails you first thing. At most once a day, and only for new items.

Reminder written for you
Tap Write reminder. It includes the amount, the due date and your bank details or payment link. Edit anything you like.
Sent from your phone
Send it by your own WhatsApp, text or email, or copy it. It then drops off the list for 7 days.
Know who to chase before the first brew.
One short email when there's something new to chase, with a link straight to your list. Don't want it? Switch it off in Settings.

It never messages your customers
Fixiqo writes the reminder. You choose whether to send it, how and when. Customers only ever hear from you.
A firmer second reminder
If the first reminder doesn't do it, the next one is worded a bit more firmly. You can still change every word.
Quotes that went quiet
Sent a quote and heard nothing? It shows up for a friendly follow-up, then a last-chance nudge.
Credit notes counted
The amount owed takes off any credit notes, so you never chase for more than the customer owes.
Snooze and undo
Sent a reminder or sorted it another way? Mark it as chased and it drops off for 7 days. Undo if you tapped by mistake.
No credits used
Chasing isn't an AI feature, so it doesn't use any of your credits.

Does Fixiqo contact my customers?
No. It writes the message and you send it from your own phone or email. That way customers hear from you, not an app.
Can I change what the reminder says?
Yes. Every reminder opens as an editable message before you send it.
Does WhatsApp work?
Yes, for UK mobile numbers. It opens WhatsApp with the message ready to send.
Can I turn off the morning email?
Yes, in Settings under Invoices. The chase list still works without it.
