Which merchants does it search?
Merchants that show their prices online. You choose which ones to try first, and the AI looks further afield for a better price.
Are online prices the same as my trade prices?
Online prices are often list prices. Your trade discount is applied on top, which brings them closer to what you actually pay.
What if my supplier isn't online?
Keep your own saved parts list with the prices you pay. Pick parts from it onto any quote, alongside anything the AI finds. Picking from your list uses no credits.
What if it picks the wrong part?
Every price is yours to check. Search the line again with more detail, or type the price in yourself.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The rest of Fixiqo keeps working and you can type prices in by hand. Top up 500 credits for £5, or wait for next month's.
