Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
No card is needed to start. We'll remind you before your trial runs out, and you only add payment details when you choose a plan.
How many credits do I get on the free trial?
100 credits. That's enough for about 20 part searches, or a handful of complete quotes priced by the AI, so you can see it work on real jobs.
What if I run out of credits?
You keep using Fixiqo as normal: quotes, invoices, chasing and downloads all carry on. Only the AI tools switch off. Top up 500 credits for £5 at any time, or wait for next month's credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your 500 monthly credits refresh each month and don't carry over. Top-up credits never expire, and are used once the month's credits run out.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from your billing settings in the app.
Do your prices include VAT?
Fixiqo isn't VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. There's no VAT to add.
How do I pay?
By card or Direct Debit. If a payment fails, we'll email you and give you time to sort it before anything pauses.
Does bringing my old records in cost credits?
No. Your first import of customers, parts, quotes and invoices is free. How switching works
How do referrals work?
Every account has its own referral link in Settings. When a trade you refer has paid for 2 months, 500 AI credits are added to your account automatically. Credits have no cash value, and there's no limit on how many trades you can refer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You can download all your data first.
