Old invoices stay as they were
Imported invoices keep their own numbers and the totals your customers were charged. You can chase them and mark them paid.
Not counted twice
Imported invoices are kept out of your accounts download, because they're already in your old system's books.
Carry on your numbering
If you haven't issued anything in Fixiqo yet, it offers to carry on from your last invoice and quote numbers.
Price lists become your parts
A merchant's price list, as a spreadsheet or PDF, becomes your saved parts list with the prices you pay.
Undo for 30 days
Changed your mind? Take an import back out within 30 days, and you can do it again once.
Files deleted within 7 days
Your uploads are stored in London while our AI provider reads them, then deleted within 7 days at most.
One free move-in, so bring everything.
Moving in is free, once. One upload can hold up to 200 files and 300 PDF pages or photos. Spreadsheets don't count towards that, so if your old app can export one, use it.
Keep your original records. Your old system's copies stay the legal record of what you sent.
Switching questions
Does moving in use my credits?
No. Your first import is free, whatever it costs us to read.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
You check everything before it's added. Totals that don't add up are flagged, and anything from a photo is always shown for you to check.
Do I have to do it all at once?
You get one free import, so it's best to put everything in the same upload. If you undo it within 30 days, you can do it again once.
Will my old invoices go into my accounts download?
No. They're kept for your history and for chasing, but left out of the download so your accountant doesn't enter them twice.
What happens to the files I upload?
They're stored in London, read by our AI provider, and deleted within 7 days at most. What you add stays in your account.
